Holiday Inn Express Pratt, an IHG Hotel

,I don't remember if the ladies name was Linda at the service desk ,she has such a positive attitude and Keith was alot of help when booking because our booking was canceled and he helped us out in getting us our rooms!! Over all their service was excellent!!

it was easy on off main highway. the property was clean. the breakfast was good.

The staffs specially the night shift were very helpful and accommodating. I hope all hotel staffs are like them.

Half of the facility was being remodeled which left a coat of dust on everything—everything except the buffet area which was just as clean as it should have been
